at this chance i'll tell you all about what things build an amazing and famous candy such like a lollipops.,You all still curious,don't you???

Okay,no more time wasting,let me tell you.
lollipops are molded or formed pieces of candy, or confectionery, attached to a stick.
The very basic ingredients needed to make lollipops are :

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup corn syrup
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/4 to 1 teaspoon flavoring
• liquid food coloring
• 1 to 2 teaspoon(s) citric acid (optional)

Some lollipops are formed into ball shapes while others are molded. The lollipop sticks must be inserted before the candy hardens.
